Yorktown is a neighborhood in Arlington Virginia centered on the intersection of North Harrison Street and George Mason Boulevard. The community is primarily residential with just over 1,000 homes and approximately 2,800 residents.
Residents enjoy the communities three parks: Greenbrier, Chestnut Hills and Rock Spring. Many residents walk to the shopping and dining venues at the nearby Lee Harrison Shopping Center.
Yorktown is located in the western section of Arlington and is bounded by Rock Spring Road and Little Falls Road to the north, Old Dominion Drive to the east, Lee Highway to the south and N. Jefferson Boulevard to the west.
