Waverly Hills Real Estate

Waverly Hills is a quiet residential neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia, home to the Glebe House, a major landmark of Arlington County, and former farm and hunting lodge.  Modern day Waverly Hills saw the majority of its growth between World War I and II and immediately following World War II.

The housing stock reflects the architectural styles of the time with a mix of brick and frame colonials, bungalows, and Cape Cods.  Over the past 40 years, the community has seen the construction of several townhouse developments as well as garden apartment complexes.

Waverly Hills is bounded by Interstate 66, Glebe Road, Lee Highway, and Utah Street.
