Virginia Square Real Estate

Virginia Square is a growing neighborhood in Arlington County, Virginia, centered around the Virginia Square Station of the Orange Line of the Metro subway system.  Home to the Arlington campus of George Mason University, Virginia Square is also the site of the FDIC, and the main branch of the Arlington Public Library.  The housing stock includes single-family homes dating from the 1930s as well as a number of high-rise apartments and garden-style condos.

Traditionally a low-density community, Virginia Square is the focus of a number of newer residential luxury developments, including Quincy Plaza, The Joule, and The Monroe, among others.
