Observatory Circle is a residential neighborhood located in the Northwest Quadrant of Washington, DC. The neighborhood is named for the United State Naval Observatory that is home to the Vice President of the United States. The neighborhood is also home to several embassies located along the venerable Embassy Row.
Residents of the Observatory Circle neighborhood enjoy walking and biking in the wooded areas that surround the neighborhood. They also enjoy visiting the fine restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues located along Wisconsin Avenue in DC’s Cleveland Park neighborhood.
