Merrywood on the Potomac is a neighborhood of upscale town homes located in McLean, Virginia.  The community was developed in 1969 and features brick Colonial-style town homes. Merrywood residents enjoy walking to the adjacent Fort Marcy Park and easy commuting access via the George Washington Parkway.

The Merrywood on the Potomac neighborhood is located in McLean inside the Beltway off Chain Bridge Road, east of the George Washington Parkway.  Homes in the community are located on Belgrove Road, Blueberry Hill Road, Cricket Place and Skipworth Place.  Merrywood on the Potomac is served by the Franklin Sherman Elementary School, Longfellow Middle School and McLean High School.
