Madison Manor is a family-friendly neighborhood in north Arlington, Virginia, that combines a small-town feel with easy access to the District and the major commercial areas. Located just 10 minutes from Washington, DC, the community features modest, brick homes that reflect a mix of post World War II styles, including colonials, Cape Cods, ramblers, and split levels. A number of homes have undergone or are undergoing substantial renovations and expansion.
At the heart of the community is Madison Manor Park, which serves as a central meeting point with its ball fields, tennis and basketball courts and a picnic pavilion. The neighborhood association is active, planning a number of activities throughout the year, including a Halloween bonfire and Easter bonnet parade.
Madison Manor is located at the western tip of Arlington bounded by McKinley Road, Rt. 66 and the Four Mile Run Trail.
