Lyon Park Real Estate

Lyon Park is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood of approximately 2500 households located in Arlington, Virginia.  The community was founded in 1919 by developer Frank Lyon and is on the National Register of Historic Places as a planned community.  The housing stock includes some town homes but largely single family detached residences ranging in architectural style from Cape Cods and Bungalows to Ramblers.   The neighborhood includes three parks within its boundaries as well as an active community center and Women’s Club.

Lyon Park boundaries run from Clarendon to Rt. 50 to Pershing Street.
