Georgetown Place is a neighborhood of single-family homes located in McLean, Virginia. The community features 20 Colonial-style single-family homes located on generous lots, many of which are around one-acre. The majority of the homes in the Georgetown Place neighborhood were built between 1986 and 1991.
The Georgetown Place neighborhood is located in McLean off Spring Hill Road between Old Dominion Drive and Georgetown Pike. Homes in the community are located on Greenwich Woods Drive. Georgetown Place is served by the Springhill Elementary School, Cooper Middle School and Langley High School.
