First developed as a residential development in the late 1970s, Foxvale Farm continues to offer luxurious living options in Great Falls, sometimes at a more affordable price point. The homes of Foxvale Farm often come in a Williamsburg Colonial style, sometimes with four or five-bedrooms and upwards of 3,000 square feet, or even sometimes even 4,000 square feet, of living space. The homes feature mature landscaping and are well cared for, inside and out.

Despite the age of the homes, you may now find some with more modern features and finishes, designed to appeal to today’s buyers. This could include granite or quartz countertops and kitchen islands, as well as updated baths, and renovated walk-out basements.

Many of the homes of Foxvale Farm also back to acres upon acres of planned common and open space, plus you’ll also find a fishing pond in the community, as well. This almost gives the community more of a rural flair, yet it remains close enough to everything you need and want in the greater DC area.

Located conveniently close to Great Falls Village Centre, it’s easy to stop in for a bite to eat or look through some of the local shops when you choose to live in Foxvale Farm. The village also has a weekly farmers market and hosts a number of community events throughout the year, including concerts and holiday celebrations.

You can also visit nearby Riverbend Park for hiking, the hundreds of acres of Great Falls Park, or to even travel to Downtown DC, Sterling, and Reston from Foxvale Farm. Homes in this neighborhood are also not far from the Potomac River.
