Forestville is a family-oriented community in Great Falls, Virginia, that was the site of the first Great Falls post office in the late 1870s. Forestville is also home to the historic Forestville Schoolhouse, a well-preserved example of the traditional one-room schoolhouses that were typical of the late 1800s and early 1900s. Today the schoolhouse is available for rental for special events and parties.
