Dranesville Real Estate

Dranesville is a community of single-family homes in Great Falls, Virginia located at the intersection of the Leesburg Pike (Rt 7) with Georgetown Pike.  The area is named for Washington Drane who ran a popular tavern in the early 1800s.

Today, Dranesville spans several different neighborhoods including Hattontown, Hunter, Sunset Hills, and Town Center, among others.   Houses are largely traditional colonials with brick fronts set back from the road on spacious lots.  Many include swimming pools and other amenities such as close access to hiking or walking trails for jogging or riding.
