Dominion Hills Real Estate

Dominion Hills is a quiet community in Arlington, Virginia, that was first settled by Native American tribes and remained largely rural used by grazing cows up until the early 1900s.  The area experienced rapid growth when Merwin “John” Mace bought land there and built 400+ homes by 1951.  Today, Dominion Hills has more than 600 homes as well as extensive recreational facilities, including the popular Mace Park.  Many of the homes have been updated and expanded to meet modern day living requirements.  The community also benefits from an active neighborhood association.

Dominion Hills is bounded by Four Mile Run on the north and east, Wilson Boulevard on the south and McKinley Road and Ohio Street on the west.
