Courthouse is also home to a mix of commercial properties, including Verizon, as well as high-rise condo developments, such as Odyssey, Park at Courthouse, and Williamsburg. Much of Courthouse’s appeal lies in its close proximity to the Orange Metro Line as well as the wealth of dining and entertainment options that are easily accessible by foot.
Courthouse is bounded by Lee Highway and Clarendon Boulevard to the north, Rt. 50/Arlington Boulevard on the south, N Barton Street on the west and N Rhodes Street to the east. The community is served by the Courthouse Metro station on the Orange Line
