Located at 1315 Independence Avenue, SE, on Capitol Hill, the 4-story building is now part of Bryan Square, which features a separate town home community. The building retains the majestic columns and stone pediments of its former life as well as soaring ceilings and oversize windows in each of the units. The lofts range in size from 1,250 to 2,402 sf and include garage parking. Cats and dogs are also welcome.
