Broyhill Langley Estates

Broyhill Langley Estates is a neighborhood of 597 single-family homes located in McLean, Virginia.  Originally developed in the late 1950s and early 1960s, the community features a blend of architectural styles including Split-levels, Craftsman, Colonial and Contemporary homes.  In recent years, many new upscale homes have been built in the community.

The Broyhill Langley Estates neighborhood is located in McLean inside the Beltway off Georgetown Pike near the Cooper Middle School.  Residents can walk to the library, community center, Downtown McLean shops and local schools.   Broyhill Langley Estates is served by the Churchill Road Elementary School, Cooper Middle School and Langley High School.
