Boulevard Manor is a hilly residential neighborhood located in the western section of Arlington. The community features single-family homes with a preponderance of split-level, rambler and Colonial architectural styling. Residents enjoy the expansive Bluemont Park which borders the community to the east and Powhatan Springs Park. The community is also home to the the Ashlawn Elementary School and served by the Kenmore Middle School and Washington-Lee High School.
Boulevard Manor is bounded by Wilson Boulevard to the north, Bluemont Park to the east, Arlington Boulevard to the south and N. Madison Street to the west. The community is close to the Seven Corners Shopping Center located at the intersection of Arlington Boulevard.
