A New Wax Figurine Introduced at Madame Tussauds
Madame Tussauds, located at 1001 F Street, N.W., in the Penn Quarter neighborhood has introduced a new wax figurine of iconic actress, Betty White. The Betty White figurine will make an appearance at the Washington Animal Rescue League on October 10th before making "her" way to the museum. Betty White has always had a passion for animals and is best known for her roles on popular TV shows, such as The Golden Girls and The Mary Tyler Moore Show.

Madame Tussauds gives visitors the opportunity to view "up close and personal' the more than 100 life-size wax replicas of historic and celebrity figures from Abraham Lincoln to Obama to Jennifer Lopez and Babe Ruth. Exhibits are located in themed galleries and provide an interactive experience in allowing you to pose and be photographed with the figures. One of the highlights is the opportunity to pose with the Obamas, their secret service detail or to be photographed on the red phone in the Oval Office.
The Presidential Gallery
The Presidential Gallery, opened in February 2011 after a $2 million investment, is the only place in the world you can find all 44 presidents together. Other historic figures at the gallery include:

- Malcolm X

Admission is $21 for adults and $16 for children. You can visit the museum Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 6pm and Friday through Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
