Arlandria is a neighborhood located in the northeast section of Alexandria along the border with Arlington, VA. Mount Vernon Avenue runs through the community and is home to many small businesses including several popular ethnic restaurants. The Birchmere, a legendary music hall which is located in Arlandria, has entertained Washingtonians for nearly 50 years.
Arlandria is bounded by Four Mile Run to the north, Jefferson Davis Highway to the east, East Reed Avenue, West Reed Avenue, Mount Vernon Avenue to the south and West Glebe Road to the southwest.
