Potomac Heights is a quiet, residential neighborhood just north of Georgetown in the northwest quadrant of Washington, DC. Sometimes considered part of the Palisades community, the Potomac Heights housing stock comprises largely single-family homes and is one of the less pricier areas of the District, despite its close proximity to Georgetown.
